Although this is only a slightly oxidized oolong, and brews up a pale brown-green color, it has a nice woody taste to it, a sort of dark overtone. It’s a great tea for iced tea, too!

This has an Extreme Vegetable Scent. The Leaves seem to take a little longer than usual to open…maybe a sign – good for multiple infusions!? Perhaps! It’s light yellow in color once infused – near clear and tastes like butter-roasted veggies.

This Oolong brewed up a very light clear liquid and has a very sweet fragrance! A mixture of fresh cut meadow – orchid – and jasmine fill my senses as I breath in before a sip. The tea is gentle and tastes lovely mixed with it’s fragrance.
