Minty Green from My Cup of Tea

Minty GreenDo little elephants make a better tea? SURE DO! Doesn’t hurt that this is minty and fresh and just the right tea for mid-afternoon delight. Really you could drink this anytime but afternoon everyone needs a little bounce in their step.

My Cup describes this tea as:

20 Premium full leaf tea bags
Nice and minty

There are many Green tea varieties and they tend to have wonderful names, including Chun Mee, Dragonwell, Gunpowder, Hojcha, Idulgashinna, Matcha and Sencha. We’ve added a bit of mint into our Green tea to make a naturally sweet blend – refreshing, reinvigorating and probably lots of other good words beginning with R too.

It is a full leaf tea so if you want to use an infuser just chop open the sachet and pour into your infuser of choice. I love watching all the different greens unfurl. THE TEA IS ALIVE! hehe but really My cup company provides plenty of room in the sachet for the leaves to breath and steep. You will be pleasantly surprised that the refreshing mint is soothing as well. “Mint was originally used as a medicinal herb to treat stomach ache and chest pains, and it is commonly used in the form of tea as a home remedy to help alleviate stomach pain.”
