Green Tango from Tea Forté

Green TangoThis is then end-all, beat-all tea bag. Tea Forté calls these unique tea bags ‘pyramid infusers’. I think these are the best tea bags I have ever seen or used, they are extremely sturdy as well. They are silk and allow the flavor to escape and leave plenty of room for the leaves to expand. I honestly have never been so impressed with a tea bag in my whole life.

Tea Forte describes this tea as:

Deliciously fragrant mangoes scent every cup of our lightly steamed green tea. A hint of the tropics with every satisfying sip.

This tea has a little bit of caffeine in it. This tea has green tea, marigold flowers, flavoring for ingredients. Tea Forte gives a little history on the mangoes and green tea. Green tea from China,  Sweet, pine-scented mangoes from Indonesia go into their flavoring.

The flavoring of this  tea is not very mango, some mango flavors dominate the whole cup. When smelling the dry tea one assumes that is will be heavy in mango flavor because it is a heavy scent. This one is a light undertone that is subtle but noticeable in each sip.

A feast for all the senses, Tea Forté is quite possibly the finest, most elegant cup of tea of all time.
