I don’t really like Chamomile. But…
This tea is light in color, but not in scent! Before and during the steeping process, the scent is like nothing I have ever smelled before. There is so much going on here! It’s Chamomile but better…minty but with other influences jumping in…herbal but not medicine-smelling…even smells a little fruity or even like a vegetable garden at times. Pleasant to look at and smell. The taste is refreshing yet calming. I really enjoy this one…maybe even so much so that it’s my new fave nighttime or bedtime tea.

Sometimes I think this is one of the wonders of the world. Mostly because I am not usually a fan of Chamomile but this really IS a tremendous blend.

"Well, as someone who has tasted a lot of chai tea, I can attest that this really is not very similar in taste to Chai. Chai tends to focus on the spices, whereas this tea’s focus is on the orange, with the spices being very gentle and more of an accent to the orange."

"Steph: Thank you for your information about the naranquilla. I didn’t find the flavor to be very tart at all – which is what I would have expected from the combination of lime and rhubarb. Perhaps the maraschino sweetened it up a bit and made it much more peach-like. It reminded me a bit of candied apricots or peaches."
