This green tea, which is scented with purple mallow flowers and vanilla, evokes the flowers and colors of Provence, where Impressionist artists were inspired by the dazzling light. For a 6-8 oz. cup, use 1 1/2 teaspoon and bring water to 175 F boil. Infuse for 2 minutes.
A beautifully flavored green tea, indeed! This isn’t going to sit around for too long in my tea stash!
