This is a great blend of fruit and citrus. The ingredients include apple pieces, rosehip peels, strawberry slices, sunflower petals, strawberry pieces, citric acid, flavoring (strawberry, lemon, lime). I enjoy this tea blended with Blueberry Bliss, but I did drink it alone today to offer a review.
The dried tea is a blend of pretty fruit pieces. I really like being able to SEE the flavor! There are large pieces of strawberries and apples. The consistency of the tea reminds me of granola when its combined with the other ingredients.
I steeped the tea using 2 tsp of tea to 8 oz of water. I steeped it in my tea tumbler at 212°F for 6:30 and added 1 tsp of German Rock Sugar. It is such a unique tea that it reminds me of a soft candy that tastes strawberry on the outside and citrus on the inside. It really teases your palate as you drink.
Teavana describes this tea as:
Lemonade will never be the same since we came up with this sweet, sour, punchy mix of strawberry slices, golden delicious apples, zingy citrus, sweet rose hips and bright yellow sunflower petals. They’ll line up around the block for this amazing fruit-filled lemonade that is a sensation when served over ice. SUPERFRUIT ENHANCED. Refreshing lemon infusion with sweet strawberry undertones.
The first sip seems light (almost too weak), but then you taste the strawberry and it ends with the zip of prominent citrus. Rediscovering this tea alone makes me really like it. I would recommend using at least 2 tsp of tea to 8 oz. of water if you do prefer a bolder flavor because it is a very mild herbal (especially if drinking iced).

"I am a tea drinker and this cocoa shell tea has been a bit of a revelation for me. I was looking for an alternative, change of pace source of caffeine for my weekends and this fits the bill. One tablespoon brewed for 10 minutes provides a subtle chocolate taste with about the same level of caffeine as green tea, which is perfect for me. I am trying to..."
