Aloha!! This is a lovely sweet herbal that brings you straight to the islands! The tea is a pretty blend of fruit and flower petals. Ingredients include apple pieces, candied pineapple pieces, pineapple flavoring, rose blossom leaves, rosebuds, marigold blossoms, mallow blossoms, orange blossoms and cornflower blossoms.
I steeped 1.5 tsp of tea to 10 oz of water in my Tipping Teacup for 8 minutes at 212°F. I added 1 tsp of German Rock Sugar, although most people will find the tea sweet enough on its own. The tea brews to a deep yellow color and the re-hydrated fruit is good enough to eat.
Teavana describes this tea as:
Journey to paradise as you sink your toes into the warm, white sand beaches of Hawaii with each tantalizingly tropical cup. An oasis awaits your senses as fresh grown pineapple & crisp white apple pieces meeting fragrant marigold, orange & mallow blossoms giving this vacation blend a tartly smooth ‘aloha’ inspired finish. Pineapple and citrus infusion with light floral undertones.
The flavor of the tea is a delicious fruity indulgence! The initial taste of the tea is tart on your tongue, like a pleasant surprise. The finish is a sweet pineapple. The tea has undertones of floral and apple, but it is one of those teas that changes throughout your sip.

This looks like a treat. “fruity indulgence” and rosebud. Sounds delightful. I can’t wait to try it.
