Here we have a special black tea from Vitalife.
This is Everyday Black Tea with Amalaki Superfruit.
“Amalaki is also sourced on our farm in the highlands of Sri Lanka.
A rich source of Vitamin C, with rejuvinative qualities, Amalaki has developed a reputation as a true ‘superfruit’ by displaying the ability to provide resistance against various issues and ailments.”
I received this little treat from Vitalife as a thank you for the other reviews that have been put on here and boy am I grateful.
Vitalife’s teas are wonderfully fun looking and are all blended and created towards delivering a health purpose.
I prepare my kettle for boiling and pop open the sealed foil pack.
On the pack it states that you serve with freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 minutes whilst leaving the bag in the cup.
I pour the hot liquid over the bag and let the tea infuse. Whilst the tea is infusing the liquid turns dark brown in colour and gives off a slightly sweet aroma (very slightly).
I take a sip and get a lovely refreshing taste of fine black tea with again a very mild sweet taste coming from the Amalaki.
This tea is absolutely perfect without milk or sugar and is actually very smooth tasting compared to other black teas.
Vitalife describes this tea as-
A Super-Healthy Traditional Breakfast Tea
Don’t like fancy herbal teas? But still conscious of your health and well being?
Well, we designed a tea just for you!
Our everyday black tea features the flavour of a proper English brew, but with a little secret ingredient.

Why Choose Vitalife Everyday Tea?
Our everyday blend is the first in the World to feature the superfruit Amalaki (also known as the Indian Gooseberry).
Although this ingredient has no impact on the flavour of this tea (it tastes exactly like a normal English cuppa), it does have phenomenal health benefits.
Read on to find out more about this ingredient.
Our black tea is grown in the Uva highlands of Sri Lanka in one of the clearest, cleanest environments in the World.
Black tea, like all variants of tea from the Camellia Sinensis Tea plant, features a wealth of antioxidants.
Amalaki is also sourced on our farm in the highlands of Sri Lanka.
A rich source of Vitamin C,with rejuvinative qualities, Amalaki has developed a reputation as a true ‘superfruit’ by displaying the ability to provide resistance against various issues and ailments.
These two ingredients deliver a tea that tastes as refreshing and smooth as a ‘proper’ cuppa, with a few added health benefits to boot!
Overall I would say this tea is simply perfect anytime!
