This really is a “feel good” tea, and it really made me feel good from drinking it! The ingredients listed are Lemongrass, Licorice Root, Dandelion, Spearmint, Rooibos, and Ginger. A lot of those herbs are especially settling to one’s tummy and digestion, as well as being soothing herbs.
Design A Tea describes this tea as:
Jenn gets total credit for this blend. Feeling a “bit under the weather” one morning, she hit the books to find what might make her feel better. Like a mad scientist she mixed up this tea and sure enough she “felt great”. Like Butterfly Tea, it does have a calming effect after drinking it. Why or how? Why ask the question, as long as it works.
Like any herbal teas, you should make sure the herbs involved will not impact any meds you might be taking or health problems you are aware of. Our amounts are very small, but better to play it safe and check them out. Mountain Rose Herbs website is a great resource for this.
Overall, I really enjoyed this herbal blend, which has a lot more flavor than most herbal blends aimed at wellbeing! While I like the Butterfly Tea slightly better (a personal favorite of mine from Design A Tea!), this is also a great herbal blend that will relax and calm you!
