The beginning of the sip almost a sweet-woodsy taste. I will say that it’s very different than any black tea I have ever had. The more I drink the more of a sweetness I can taste…not sure if it’s honey-like to taste but maybe more of a honey-like texture.

Taste-wise it’s an interesting full flavor type Tie Guan Yin. I think it tasted much like it smells…a clean celery-mint type taste. It’s smooth and buttery.

This has an Extreme Vegetable Scent. The Leaves seem to take a little longer than usual to open…maybe a sign – good for multiple infusions!? Perhaps! It’s light yellow in color once infused – near clear and tastes like butter-roasted veggies.
