I really think this tea is just as good as any candy bar! And it never gets bitter: longer steepings result in a richer flavor. Overall a terrific flavored black tea!

The mix of green tea and maté is brisker than green tea alone (and higher in caffeine). The strongest taste is a flowery one, with subtler fruit note.

It had a nice fruit flavor – but not super sweet. It also had some lemon, and a little spicey kick to it! What a fun and unusal mix of flavors!

Because of the lapacho’s lightness in flavor, the orange and vanilla flavors are quite prominent. The vanilla is smooth and creamy, and the orange is juicy and sweet.

You can see, from the ingredient list, why there is such an after-feeling of chocolate on the tongue. And yet, the overtones are definitely Peach and the Ceylon tea. Hurray ESP Emporium! You have created one of the most unique black teas I’ve ever tasted and enjoyed!

A refreshing taste of sharp pineapple balanced with sweet coconut. The coconut did not overpower the other flavors, except at the very bottom of the cup, where I did get a rather strong coconut aftertaste.

You can very much taste the nuttiness of the almonds, and the crisp juicy flavor of the apple pieces. The flavors in this blend are perfectly balanced for a delicious hot beverage.

The fruit flavoring is strong, although it does not overpower the green tea. It is satisfyingly sweet (not overwhelmingly so) and has a nice fruity essence.

Popcorn is not an ingredient I usually think of when I think of tea blends, but it does add an element of interest to the overall blend. It’s a very unique fruit tea – one I’m glad I had the opportunity to try!

This is a very flavorful, fruity green tea, with large leaves and lots of large yellow rosebuds. The tropical fruits combine to make more flavors than the ingredients alone would make you think.

Because of the very strong fruit scent of this tea, I thought that these delicious flavors might overwhelm the flavors of the green and white tea leaves. And, yes, the fruit flavor is quite powerful, but not so much that I cannot taste the fresh notes from the green tea.

"I am a tea drinker and this cocoa shell tea has been a bit of a revelation for me. I was looking for an alternative, change of pace source of caffeine for my weekends and this fits the bill. One tablespoon brewed for 10 minutes provides a subtle chocolate taste with about the same level of caffeine as green tea, which is perfect for me. I am trying to..."
