While this isn’t something I’d want to drink every day, I have enjoyed the mellow flavor of this tisane, and I can definitely see how this would appeal to children. The chamomile is a naturally light flavor, and here that is no exception. It has a delicate floral and apple-like flavor that is appealing, and I like the sweet licorice-y flavor that the anise adds to the cup. When everything around me is going crazy, I can find a moment’s peace in a cup of tea. Those moments are treasured, and I think that is beneficial … maybe even more so than the antioxidants and other stuff! That being said, if green tea IS healthy … all the better, don’t you think? Good health and good taste, all in one.
