The caramel flavor is so sweet and delicious, just like real caramel amongst the black tea flavors. The aroma is also of strong caramel, although you can smell the quality black teas as well. A wonderful treat from Hina’s Tea!

The flavor of the lavender is strong, but not overpoweringly so, as I can also detect the delicate grassy tones from the green tea.

The flavor of this rooibos tea is so interestingly complex and has a powerful, spicy kick to it. The warm cinnamon does not overpower the other flavors in this blend (as cinnamon sometimes can do), but instead adds to the appealing warmth of it. The fruit flavors are mild and are accented with the natural sweetness of the red rooibos. The fruit is slightly sweet, with a mere intimation of tart.

The flavor of this tea is also quite unusual. The ginger flavor stands out, as well as the pepper flavors, which provide some heat to the palate. The strawberry offers a faint sweetness to the blend, and the jasmine, while quite soft here, is distinguishable.

I am so happily enjoying this tea. It brews up a dark golden color, and its dominant flavor and smell is peach. But the white tea is excellent and smooth – the green adds a gentle hint of an orchard, and the other flavors are all subtle and mix extremely well.

I can think of no word to describe the fragrance of this tea better than AMBROSIAL; the scent is not unlike the sweet concoction called “Ambrosia” (a sweet fruit salad filled with all my favorites: peaches, pineapple, cherries, apricots, oranges, and strawberries) that I would indulge in at every family gathering when I was young.

Although I’ve only just tried this tea, I think I can say without hesitation that this is my favorite lemon flavored tea. The combination of several different high quality green teas, white tea as well as the flavorings really creates a superb tasting tea.

"I am a tea drinker and this cocoa shell tea has been a bit of a revelation for me. I was looking for an alternative, change of pace source of caffeine for my weekends and this fits the bill. One tablespoon brewed for 10 minutes provides a subtle chocolate taste with about the same level of caffeine as green tea, which is perfect for me. I am trying to..."
