Not surprisingly, the texture of these scones is quite similar to a canned biscuit, making them a bit different than a scone from scratch (or even a mix), and much different than I’m used to when it comes to scones. That doesn’t make them “bad” – because they are quite tasty – it just makes them different. And sometimes different is a good thing!
