Earl Grey Aromatic Tea from Simpson & Vail

The result of bringing all these different teas together creates a unique base for the bergamot, which is itself strong but not overpowering. There is a nice harmony between fruit and tea here… with a hint of the distinctly sharp, floral note that is often associated with bergamot.

Biscottea offers several different flavors of their shortbread, including honeybush, blueberry, mint and chai as well as this Earl Grey, and after having tried this flavor, I know that I’m going to have to try the others as well. These were just too scrumptious not to!

Pumpkin Spice Black Tea from Simpson & Vail

The Tea Guru
The Tea Guru

This seasonal favorite is a classic way to celebrate your holiday. Although Simpson & Vail’s description of this tea is vague at best, it starts with a rather smooth yet slightly astringent black tea base. My guess would have to be Ceylon.

Victorian Earl Grey from Simpson & Vail

The Tea Guru
The Tea Guru

It has a very pleasant slightly brisk feel to it so that the floral ingredients don’t overwhelm the entire blend and make it a “floral” tea. Instead, you can easily define this tea as an Earl Grey with floral Victorian accents. This is a must-try for all Earl Grey lovers!

This is a really delicious twist on Earl Grey, although I think that it is more like a flavored Rose Congou than a twist on Earl Grey. But really, that’s just semantics, because what it boils down to is that this is a delicious tea blend that I enjoy quite a bit. This Earl Grey/Rose Congou/DELICIOUS TEA is a winner in my book!
