The result of bringing all these different teas together creates a unique base for the bergamot, which is itself strong but not overpowering. There is a nice harmony between fruit and tea here… with a hint of the distinctly sharp, floral note that is often associated with bergamot.

This seasonal favorite is a classic way to celebrate your holiday. Although Simpson & Vail’s description of this tea is vague at best, it starts with a rather smooth yet slightly astringent black tea base. My guess would have to be Ceylon.

It has a very pleasant slightly brisk feel to it so that the floral ingredients don’t overwhelm the entire blend and make it a “floral” tea. Instead, you can easily define this tea as an Earl Grey with floral Victorian accents. This is a must-try for all Earl Grey lovers!

This is a really delicious twist on Earl Grey, although I think that it is more like a flavored Rose Congou than a twist on Earl Grey. But really, that’s just semantics, because what it boils down to is that this is a delicious tea blend that I enjoy quite a bit. This Earl Grey/Rose Congou/DELICIOUS TEA is a winner in my book!

One tablespoon brewed for 10 minutes provides a subtle chocolate taste with about the same level of caffeine as green tea, which is perfect for me. I am trying to..."
