Raspberry White Chocolate Scones Mix from Sticky Fingers Bakery

The scones come out rich and moist. They are so tender that they melt in my mouth! The white chocolate lends a creamy taste to the scone but I’ve never really gotten much true chocolate taste from white chocolate (perhaps because it’s not “true” chocolate?) but it is still a sweet and delicious accompaniment to the pleasantly plump and tart raspberries.
