Different Oolongs have different “notes” depending on their percentage of oxidation. This is, as I said, fairly green – not very oxidized. The taste is simpler than Oolongs with a higher oxidation percentage – mainly vegetal notes and green tea flavors.

This is a really fine Oolong with a toasty flavor, which goes down smoothly, is good for multiple steepings, and makes a great iced tea. I could get addicted to a tea this good.
