The scent of the tea is yummy! It smells like fresh, sun-ripened berries, with just a whisper of vanilla. And it really tastes as delicious as it smells: a lightly sweet (but not overly sweet), subtle berry flavor, paired with creamy vanilla.

The citrus peel adds a delicate note of fruit, and there is a very pleasant note of vanilla. The natural apple-like taste of the chamomile seems a nice match for the citrus and vanilla. The overall taste is a very soft, comforting one, just right for the end of the day.

And it smelled like real cherries– again, I was thrilled. No need for sweetener or cream because the tea itself was sweet and I’d guess that the acid from the cherry and raspberry ingredients would probably cause the cream to curdle anyway. So naked tea it was! The flavor was clearly apples and cherries, though there was a tart hint of raspberry by the time I reached the end of the cup.
