This tea makes for a perfect late night snack in a tea cup – decadent, flavorful and just sweet enough to curb those sweet-tooth cravings that hit late at night. Delicious!

Let me tell you…if broadway had a Tea/Tisane Musical with flashy colors, music, storyline, costumes, and stage tricks – this would be it. It seems to be surprise after surprise and the end result is that is tastes like Carrot Cake in a Cup! It very much lives up to it’s description.

This tea brings together several common marsala chai spices such as cloves and cinnamon, and not just ginger. These additional spices give this tea a very chai-like flavor.

While the tea is the dominate flavor profile in the cup, the grapefruit flavor is also quite strong. It is a delicious, slightly tart grapefruit flavor, with hints of juicy sweetness that play upon the palate. I love the flavor that lingers in the finish.

The fresh, vibrant, and pleasantly grassy flavor of the green tea is a perfect base for the fruit and nut essences. The green tea has a delicious buttery flavor to it as well, and this gives a pleasing body and mouthfeel to the cup.

The black tea blend here is full-flavored, medium bodied, and pleasantly robust. It has a low woodsy note and even a slight smoky quality to it. It is a perfect pairing with the maple sugar flavor, and gives the cup an intriguing depth of flavor.

The flavor is sweet with just a little tart, fruity, and absolutely tropical. The ginger provides a gentle heat that helps to cut through some of the sweeter notes so that the cup is not too sweet.

If you love a full fruit flavored tea then this is absolutely perfect for you. It is wholly sweet, actually does not contain any actual tea leaves, and can vary on taste by how long you steep the ingredients. It brews up a very deep, rich red just like the actual pomegranate fruit.

This is one of the best blueberry tea blends that I’ve tasted! The flavor is that of a berry – bursting with sweetness and very little tartness. Just the way I like it!

"I am a tea drinker and this cocoa shell tea has been a bit of a revelation for me. I was looking for an alternative, change of pace source of caffeine for my weekends and this fits the bill. One tablespoon brewed for 10 minutes provides a subtle chocolate taste with about the same level of caffeine as green tea, which is perfect for me. I am trying to..."
