Blue Spring Oolong tea is picked in the spring in the Fujian Province of China at elevations over 3000 feet. The leaves are then partially fermented, then lightly rolled in a light licorice sugar powder coating which gives them the appearance of small, hard pebbles when dry.

Rooibos is said to have a slight nutty and smoky flavor, and I would definitely agree to that. But it is a smooth flavor, and this tea didn’t have any bitterness. There is a tang in the caramelized pear flavor that tastes slightly alcoholic, but also an added sweetness.

A spring select white tea hand blended with coconut, pineapple, safflowers, and cornflowers. Delivers a sweet creamy texture with a light body, blossomy high notes of pineapple and a good balance of coconut. For sure one great tea to try!!

Even before it’s brewed, it smells so heavenly, with lush sweet peach fruity overtones and a crisp green tea fragrance! And the taste was really pleasing as well. A light, grassy sencha gives this tea some wonderful green notes that are surprisingly mellow for a sencha!

Peachy Keen! That is what this tea is. Brewing up to a light green tea with a very nice taste and smell. The leaves smell like extreme peach goodness but the peach flavor is very light!

When you first open up this loose tea you can immediately smell the peach and apricot. It’s quite delicious and smells like a fruit snack, like a peach-apricot fruit leather. The scent is quite strong, but I was surprised when I started brewing it, the scent seemed to go away. As I inhaled the tea it was like you could only get a hint of the peach and apricot smell.

The tropical fruit flavors go very well with the cinnamon and cloves, and the Ceylon tea base is strong enough to carry all those intense flavors without being overwhelmed by them!

I have been to Las Vegas and saw billboards for a Tropical Fire Hula Show. There is even a species of Ant that bares the name. But I must say this is the first time I have tried a Tropical Fire Tea.

Ok… I would not have imagined tropical tea to be mixed with cinnamon and cloves! And I understand now why the tropical fruit flavor was hard to pin down. There are so many fruit flavors, confused with the unusual spice addition, this is a hard tea to describe.

"I am a tea drinker and this cocoa shell tea has been a bit of a revelation for me. I was looking for an alternative, change of pace source of caffeine for my weekends and this fits the bill. One tablespoon brewed for 10 minutes provides a subtle chocolate taste with about the same level of caffeine as green tea, which is perfect for me. I am trying to..."
