If you like the tea you are served in Chinese restaurants, you’ll like this Formosa Oolong. itting Oolong’s status as a sort of halfway point between black and green tea, the leaves of this tea are almost as dark as black tea, but longer, like green tea.

If you’re looking for a spicy chai, this isn’t the right chai for you. But, if you tend to shy away from chai because its too spicy-hot or peppery, this may be right up your alley. It is pleasantly warm and comforting (and especially nice when consumed on a cold and foggy autumn morning) without being spicy. It reminds me a bit of a mild Mexican Cocoa … quite tasty.

An organic black tea from the Blue Mountains of Southwest India.I thought the taste was okay in the beginning, but as the cup cooled, it began to be muddy tasting and I didn’t like it. I tried adding cream, my solution for everything, and that improved it a bit, but not enough to finish the cup.
