So I’ve been searching for something just right. Often I’ll throw in a home-mixed herbal tisane, but what if I want something other than herbal? For my entire last year, I was at a loss for loose leaf decaffeinated teas. Even better than it simply being decaf green tea, this is also organic, which makes me giddy like a kid in a candy shop. I try to be conscientious about what I put into my body, and while many of the teas I drink are not organic, if given a choice, I prefer it to be chemical free.

ITO EN has made two understatements in this tea – this tea is very VERY green, and very VERY Japanese.
