But Revolution Tea has done an excellent job with this Sweet Ginger Peach Tea! First of all, it is obvious from the first taste that they have used a quality Black Tea as the backbone for this flavored tea.
I do love ginger a lot and peach and ginger really blend well together.
The more you sweeten this tea with sugar or sweetener, the less you taste the ginger and the more strongly you taste the peach. But with no sweetener, the ginger is clearly present with the peach flavor.
This tea came pre-measured in a lovely silky netted bag, and I was very happy with the amount of tea in the bag. I chose to brew it in a beaker as they would say in the UK (= a mug) and it was the perfect amount of tea.
Here is how Revolution tea describes Sweet Ginger Peach Tea:
Revolution Tea’s Sweet Ginger Peach is a flavor-packed, original tea made from fine Ceylon and Assam teas, fresh peach flavoring and ginger root. This hand-blended wonder has emerged as the most popular flavor in Revolution Tea’s award-winning line of teas.
By the way, this tea doesn’t need any sweeter or milk, but with the lovely Ceylon and Assam base… it does do well if you prefer a bit of sweetener or a dash of milk!
